Elva Conner Toups

Elva Conner “Sug” Toups, passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2011 at age 83. Beloved wife of the late Roy A. Toups, Sr. Mother of Wanda F. Arocha (Luis), Roy A. Toups, Jr. (Karen) and Michael D. Toups (Yvonne). Daughter of the late Joseph A. Conner and Lillie Green Conner. Sister of Grace Wilkes, Clara Reed, Melba Hudgens, Norma Guye, Barbara Faye Mangrum, the late Polly Labat, Mina Lee Linton, Cleo Knight, Pearl Mickelson, Bobbie Hudgens, Helen Davis, John, Glenn and Paul Conner. Grandmother of Brandon and Dwayne Toups (Natalie), Shawn Arocha, Ashley Church, Tiffany Quigley and Loreto DiGregerio. Great-grandmother of Marissa and Keria Toups, Angelina Quigley and Chiyanne Logan. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Private funeral service was held Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at 11 AM at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA. Interment was in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA
