Ethel Leblanc Gorman

Ethel LeBlanc Gorman passed away on October 6, 2012 at the age of 91 years. Beloved wife of the late Gustave Gorman. Mother of Joan Damare’ and Sharon Campbell. Grandmother of David, Leslie and Gregory Demare’, Robert and Duane Campbell. Great-grandmother of Gabrielle, Mia, Claire, J.P., Grant and Christopher. Sister of Dolores Hoffman and the late Norris LeBlanc. Daughter of the late Florence Prinz LeBlanc and Nolan LeBlanc. She was an active member where she served as President of the Harvey Golden Age Club and as a Maid, Captain and Queen of the Jefferson Parish Golden Age Club. She enjoyed working at Harry's Ace Hardware, Algiers LA where she was employed for over 30 years. The family would like to express their gratitude to Dolores Baer and Elaine Jackson for their love and support and the staff of St. Joseph Hospice for their compassion and care. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOMES, 1300 Vallette Street, Algiers, LA on Friday, October 12, 2012 from 10 AM to 1:30 PM. A Funeral Mass will follow.
