Ethel Constant Guillot passed away on March 21, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Roland J. Guillot. Mother of Diane Windhorst, her husband, the late Fritz Windhorst, Jr. and her fiance, the late Mark Scioneaux, Jr. Grandmother of Rory C. Windhorst, Sr. Great-grandmother of James Lavergne, Rory Windhorst, Jr. and Ryan Windhorst. Great-great-grandmother of Kayla Windhorst, Matt and Jamie Lavergne. Sister of Anatole Constant and the late Sterling Constant. Daughter of the late Lydia Thibodeaux Constant and Adrian Constant. She was 88 years of age and was a lifelong resident of Marrero, LA. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass to be Celebrated in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Thursday, March 24, 2011 at 11 AM. Interment will follow at Westlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will take place at the Funeral Home on Wednesday from 6 PM to 8 PM and Thursday from 8 Am to 11 AM.
