Ethel Penney Hinyub

Ethel Penney Hinyub entered into eternal rest on Friday, May 10, 2013 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Lawrence Paul Hinyub, Sr. Daughter of the late Louis and Blanche Penney. Loving and devoted mother of Lawrence P. Hinyub, Jr., Christina H. Carline (Husband David), Marcey H. Kenney (Husband, the late Thomas) and Lisa H. Taylor (Husband Mark). Survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces and nephews. Sister of Joyce Melancon (Husband the late Donald). Ethel is preceded in death by 5 sisters and 6 brothers. Sister-in-law of Marilyn Cantin (Husband Robert). Ethel was a member of First Pentecostal Church of Belle Chasse. She was born in Lockport, LA and resided in Gretna, LA for the past 42 years. A visitation will be held at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 from 6PM until 11PM. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Thursday from 8AM until 1PM. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 1PM. Interment will be in Lakelawn Park Cemetery, New Orleans, LA.
