Evelyn Zehner Mistich

Evelyn Zehner Mistich entered into eternal rest on April 28, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Ben Mistich. Mother of the late Ingrid Mistich Leverett. Grandmother of Christy N. Rodriguez, Lindsi N. Godfrey (Jerry), Ben Nihart (Ashley), Preston Leverett (Felicia), and Taylor L. Bourque (Keegan). Great-grandmother of Karsen, Ella, Bryce, Brynn, Willie, Kenny, Cadence, Easton, Annabel, and Bradley. Daughter of the late Irma Powell Zehner and Russell G. Zehner. Sister of the late Russell G. Zehner, Jr. and Thomas C. Zehner. Step-daughter of the late Katherine R. Zehner. Age 88 years, a native of Metairie, LA and a resident of Belle Chasse, LA. Evelyn was a faithful parishioner of OLPH in Belle Chasse, and was a member of the small church group, the church choir, and an active member of the Plaquemines Historical Society. 

Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Visitation at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Belle Chasse, LA on Thursday, May 2, 2024 from 10 AM until Funeral Mass time at 12 PM. Interment Our Lady of Perpetual Help Cemetery.
