Evelyn Perrin Polkey

Evelyn "Bubbie" Perrin Polkey, 86 years old, died on September 24th at her home. Wife of the late Jules Joseph Polkey, Sr. Daughter of the late Clem Perrin Sr. and Edna Hooper Perrin. Mother of Jules Polkey, Jr. (wife, the late Linda Rainey Polkey), Darleen Polkey Rapp (Dennis) and Charleen Polkey Guillotte (husband, the late Louis Guillotte III). Sister of the late Esther Perrin Adam, Clem Perrin Jr., Ruth Perrin Adam and Morgan Perrin, Sr. Grandmother of Shannon Guillotte Becnel (Ricky Jr), Kristie Guillotte Carpenter (Mark), Dana Rapp Spruiell (Jason), Denny Rapp, Jules Polkey III, and Christopher Polkey and the late Louis Guillotte IV. Great grandmother of Denny Jr., Heather, Dylan, Paige, Maverick, Eden, Riley, Matthew and Evan. Godmother of Melroy Leblanc, AJ Fabre, Adrian Adam, and the late George Pizani Jr. A very special thanks for all their love and support to Wesley Adam, Morgan Perrin, Jr., Alvin Adam, Jr., Monica Perrin, and her dear cousin Debbie Cardon. Also, thank you to all her neices, nephews, cousins, and friends. A very heart felt thank you to Melinda Harlow for all she has done and for her love and care. Visitation will be held at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expwy, Harvey, LA on Friday, September 26, 2014 from 6-11pm and again on Saturday morning from 7:30-9:30am.
