Everest "Bud" Ceruti

Everest “Bud” Ceruti passed away on May 2, 2013 at the age of 94 years. Beloved husband of 66 years to the late Elise Ledet Ceruti. Loving father of Dorothy C. Hebert (George), Ronald P. Ceruti (Sharon) and the late Wayne C. Ceruti (the late Sharon). Grandfather of Angela Boudreaux (Eldon), George J. Hebert (Niki), Lisa Stravinsky (Bill), Ron Ceruti (Rachel), Shelley Henderson (Marcus) and Kristin Ceruti. Great-grandfather of Bryce and Drew Hebert, Joel Milano, Noah and Elye Henderson, Meagan and Shelbi Boudreaux, Kaylyn Stravinsky and Sofia Ceruti. Brother of the late Charles Ceruti, Sr. and Geraldine Ceruti. Son of the late Charles Ceruti and Angella Baril Ceruti. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He retired from Celotex, Corp. and the City of Westwego. He was a lifelong resident of Westwego and was a member of the Lawrence Griffin American Legion Post No. 206.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff, nurses and aides of Wynhoven Health Care Center and Heart of Hospice.
