Faye Maronge D'Aquin

Faye Ann Maronge d’Aquin, of Marrero, La, entered into her heavenly journey about 5pm on January 14, 2016 at the age of 73 while surrounded by her loving family at her home. Faye was preceded in death by her father, Harold Phillip Maronge Sr., her mother, Bertha Marie Fevrier Maronge, brothers Harold Maronge, Jr (Leona), Lloyd Maronge (late Betty), Curtis Maronge (Micki) and one grandchild, Clifton Phillip d’Aquin. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Clifton D. D'Aquin, Sr., her sister Mildred (Mimmie) Maronge Messmer(late Manuel), her loving children, Clifton D. D'Aquin, Jr. (Jamie), John P. d’Aquin (Sharon), Gary T. d’Aquin (Melissa), Tammy d’Aquin Townsend (Albert), Ray A. d’Aquin, Michael S. d’Aquin (Tisha). She was blessed with a host of loving grandchildren and one great-grand child. Faye was retired from the Jefferson Parish School Board where she fondly drove Bus 302 for over twenty-five years. Visitation will be held at Immaculate Conception Church, 4401 7th Street, Marrero, LA, on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at 9am and will be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am; interment to be held at Westlawn Cemetery, 1225 Whitney Avenue, Gretna, LA immediately following the Mass. The family would like to thank the entire staff of Hospice Compassus for the care they provided along with a very special thanks her nursing team, Laura and Kentrell.
