Faye Sons Lovas passed away Friday, May 27, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Albert J. Lovas. Mother of “Bosco” Capt. Les Ledet, Jr. (Stephanie Piazza Ledet) and Kandy Lovas Soeller (Clemens E. “Gene” Soeller Sr., M.D.). Daughter of the late Miriam Forsyth Sons and Leslie Sons. Sister of Joan Marie Ferrara (Vincent F. Ferrara) and Janice Sons Sibley (Joe Sibley).
Grandmother of “Capt. Bosco” Lester C. Ledet, III ( Amy Coleman Ledet), Brandy Ledet, Lacie Ledet Hogsten (Matt Hogsten), Nicole Claire Ledet, Clemens E. “Gene” Soeller Jr., Ashley Lovas Soeller, Brittany Treme Maique (Pablo Maique) and Jason Treme, Jr. Great Grandmother of Brooklyn Ledbetter, Alexis Ledbetter, Madison Brown, Bailey Ledet, Gavin Ledet, Grace Lovas Soeller and Adalynn Maique. Age 77 years, native of Algiers, LA and most recently resident of Hope, AR.
The Graveside Service and Interment were held at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery on Wednesday, June 1, 2016. Mothe Funeral Homes handled arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, www.stjude.org , or the SPCA would be greatly appreciated.
