Frances Musacchia Sanders Bieber, 91, of Gretna, LA passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 12, 2012. She was born October 24, 1920 in Algiers, LA to the late Frank Musacchia and Angelina Spolitz Musacchia. She was a longtime resident of Gretna, LA. She was preceded in death by her first husband, John L. Sanders, Sr., her husband of 34 years, Allen C. Bieber, Jr., brother Joseph Musacchia and sister Lena Mangano. She is survived by her daughters, Henrietta S. Gardner (Don) of Gretna, Madeline S. Sarbeck (Steve) of Lafayette, John L. Sanders (Tommie) of Purdon, TX and step-children, Carolyn B. Sciretta (Bob) of Fort Walton Beach, FL and Avonelle B. Shannon (the late Billy) of Harvey. She is also survived by grandchildren, John Sanders, III, Mark Sanders, Donnie Gardner, Jr., Shelley Ditta, Stacey Sturgess, William Shannon, Jr. and Shawn Ribaul and great-grandchildren, Jessica, Audrey and John Sanders, IV, Courtney Ditta, Kinley and Emy Gardner, Ellie Sturgess, Ashley Shannon, Katherine and William Ribaul. She was a member of Terrytown Golden Agers, Christ the King Church King Elders and Terrytown A.A.R.P. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOMES, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 from 9 AM to 11 AM.
