Francis Edward Coyne

Francis Edward Coyne, Sr. died peacefully on May 24, 2011. He was born on August 16, 1929 in Framingham, MA and graduated from Hudson (MA) High School in 1947. He served proudly in the U.S. Air Force as an aircraft mechanic, retiring as a Senior Master Sargent in 1972. He later worked for General Electric Company as an appliance technician. Beloved husband of 54 years to the late Marilyn Lucy Coyne. Father of Frank E. Coyne, Jr. (Luann), Susan Cooper (Harry), Carolyn Coyne, M.D. (Connie Riddle), Michael Coyne (Cheryl) and Sandra Coyne. Grandfather of Jessica Cooper Moore, Brandon Cooper, Elizabeth and Shannon Coyne. Great-grandfather of Caroline Bergeron and Lucy Moore. Brother of Dorothy Francis and Elaine Greenleaf. Son of the late Frances Bekauski Coyne and Arthur Coyne. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd. (corner Westwood Dr.), Marrero, LA on Friday, May 27, 2011 from 9 AM to 11 AM.
