Francis Patrick Montalbano, Sr. passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2012. Beloved husband of the late Margaret Doyle Montalbano. Father of Patrick Montalbano, Jr., Geralyn M. Faciane, Christopher Jude Montalbano and Mark Alvin Montalbano. Father in law of Bobby Faciane, Cynthia Montalbano and Kim Montalbano. Brother of June Frederick, Rita Wilson and predeceased by 9 siblings. Grandfather of Kristen, Karinne, Mark, Christopher, Francesca, Nicholas and Gabriel Montalbano. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Son of the late Mary Sullivan Montalbano and John A. Montalbano. A native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Terrytown, LA. Age 85. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Monday, July 30, 2012 at 11 AM. Interment will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Visitation will be Monday from 9AM until 11 AM.
