Frank Anthony Guidry Sr.

Frank Anthony Guidry, Sr., a native of Little Village, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA, died Thursday, January 15, 2015 at the age of 80 years. Beloved husband of Anita Andras Guidry. Loving father of Frank Guidry, Jr. (Tammy), Dale Guidry (Norma), Mickey Guidry and Michael Guidry. Grandfather of Dale, Jr., Chasidy, Lance and Nicholas Guidry and Nicole Roussel. Great grandfather of Jailen, Jala “Princess” and Josh Raymond. Brother of Betty Thibodeaux, Angeline Hunter, Malcolm Guidry, Nerlie Baker and the late Marie Lamoureaux, Rosalie Armond, Nellie Andras, Gene, Agnes, Johnny and Onivippe Guidry, Jr. Son of the late Victoria Guidry and Onivippe Guidry. Mr. Guidry was self employed as a skilled carpenter and was loved by his neighbors, friends and family. He was proud to have coached several years at the local PARD playground.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 from 9 AM until 1:30 PM. The Funeral Mass will follow at 1:30 PM. Interment, Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA
