Gail Lea Chew Lafleur Pares

Gail Lea Chew LaFleur Pares entered into eternal rest on Friday, April 12, 2013 at the age of 55. Former wife of Glenn LaFleur, Sr. and Daniel Pares. Daughter of Martha Baynes Chew and the late Harld Chew. Mother of Connie Jo LaFleur (Andre’ LaCoste), Glenn LaFleur, Jr. (Tammy R. Quinn) (Tammy Alexander), Michael Anthony LaFleur (Wife Thea Joy) and Tommy LaFleur. Grandmother of Corey LaFleur-LaCoste, Kyle LaCoste, Ashley Lewis, Joshua LaFleur and the late Glenn D. LaFleur, III. Great Grandmother of Aleeah Lafleur. Sister of Michael Chew, Kathy Goodwin and Linda Stone. Gail is also survived by her canine companion, Gemini Star as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. The family would like to extend a special appreciation to Christine Dufrene LaFleur and our brother Joey Dufrene for their generosity. A Visitation will be held at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, April 17, 2013 from 9AM until 1:30PM. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 1:30PM. Interment will be in Gate of Heaven Mausoleum (Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery), Avenue A, Westwego, LA.
