Gary Wayne Forrest, Sr. age 61 entered into eternal rest on Friday, July 31, 2015. Beloved husband of Kimberly C. Forrest. Son of Josephine V. Forrest and the late James Forrest, Sr. Step-Son of Betty Lirette Forrest. Father of Gary Wayne Forrest, Jr. (Patricia), Shantell Cousins (Chris), Crystal Dufrene (Kirk) and Gary Carr. Brother of Rockie Forrest (Dolores), Debra Olinde (Wilfred), Rebecca Pitre (David), Linda Buras (Harry), Tammy Porche (Henry) and the late Felix Forrest, James Forrest, Jr., Daniel Forrest and Timothy Forrest. Step-Brother of Bobby, Bonnie, Keith, Mark, Jamie and Stacy. Gary is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was born in New Orleans and resided in Bridge City. He was a member of Crossroads Church in Belle Chasse, LA. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 from 9:30AM until 11AM. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11AM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
