Geneva Bergeron

Geneva Ruth Bergeron, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on June 28, 2024, at the age of 91. Born on September 2, 1932, Geneva lived a life marked by love, dedication, and kindness, touching the hearts of all who knew her.

Geneva was the devoted mother of four children: Rhoda Tingstrom, Angela Bozzelle (Bobby), Greg Bergeron (Linda), and Brad Bergeron (Nicole). She was a pillar of strength and support for her family, always offering a listening ear and a warm embrace. Her love and guidance extended to her nine grandchildren: Rhett (Stacie), Gregory (Michelle), Amanda (Brian), Robbie (Brandi), Hunter, Brant, Cole, Cody, and Cameron, each of whom cherished her dearly.

Her legacy of love continues through her 11 great-grandchildren, who brought immense joy to her life and who will carry forward the values and lessons she imparted.

Geneva's warmth, generosity, and unwavering love for her family and friends will be remembered and cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She leaves behind a legacy of love and strength that will continue to inspire those who knew her.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at MOTHE FUNERAL HOMES, LLC, 7040 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, LA 70072. Visitation will take place from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm, followed by a celebration of her life where family and friends will gather to honor her memory and share the many stories of her remarkable life.

Geneva Ruth Bergeron will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
