George Domingo Gongora

George D. Gongora passed away on September 21, 2012 at the age of 82 years. Beloved husband of 60 years to Yolanda Jimenez Gongora. Father of Hernan Rudas (Julia), Nury Smail (Richard), Tania Bordelon (the late Michael), Jorge Gongora and Gene Gongora (Regina). Grandfather of Lucy, Alex, Daniel, Chris, Tommy, Alex, Monicque, Katerina, Natalie, Vanessa, Michael, Jorge II, Jamie, Jolene, Emilio, Gene Jr., Jenna and Hannah. He is survived by many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and relatives living in Colombia. He is a native of Ibague, Colombia, SA and resided in Marrero, LA for over 50 years.
