Georgius Dantin Claudet

Georgius Dantin Claudet passed away peacefully on September 20, 2023 at the age of 72. Former wife of Raymond Claudet. Mother of Krissy Theriot (Adam) and Amanda Claudet (Jeff Baravik). Grandmother of Abby, Andrew, Luke, Charley, and Nolan. Sister of Ellen Priez (the late Bob), Lenny Dantin (Carol), and Ricky Dantin (Beryl). Daughter of the late Myrtle Gondrella Dantin and Leon Paul Dantin. Also survived by loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Georgius was born and raised in Marrero, LA and graduated from Immaculata High School, Class of 1969. She graduated from Charity School of Nursing in New Orleans and spent her career serving the community in area hospitals. 

A memorial visitation will be held at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Boulevard, Marrero, LA on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 from 11:30am to 1:30pm. A memorial service will follow in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be private.
