Gerald L Aschenbrenner

Gerald L. Aschenbrenner passed away on February 3, 2014 at the age of 69 years. Beloved father of Aric Aschenbrenner, Alex Aschenbrenner and Amber Aschenbrenner. Grandfather of Garrett, Stayton and Zachary. Great-grandfather of Gavin, Braelyn, Brecken, Christie, Cade and Caeson. Brother of Lillian Martin, Vivian Aschenbrenner and Lois “Jeanne” Wagoner. He is preceded in death by his beloved companion, Dixie Cain and parents, Frances and Joseph Aschenbrenner. Also survived by many other relatives, friends and extended family of patrons.
Gerald was the proprietor of Gerry’s Place for 26 years and was a longtime supporter of the Westbank dart and pool leagues. He will be sadly missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Services at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at 1:30 PM.
Visitation will take place on Monday from 6 PM to 10 PM, resuming on Tuesday from 8 AM to 1:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation ( www.komen.org ).
