Gerard Andrew Landeche

Gerard Andrew “Pops” Landeche, Sr. on Monday, November 21, 2011 at the age of 64. Beloved husband and best friend of Susan Landeche for 43 years. Son of the late Norman Landeche, Sr. and Carmen Bourgeois. Loving father of Gerard Landeche, Jr. , Chantele Bourgeois (Kenny), Mendie Landeche (Sherrie) and the late Tammy Landeche. Survived by loving grandchildren Dustin and Jordan Hebert, Logan Machado, Jamie and Marie Landeche, Jacob Bourgeois and one great grandchild Dustin Hebert, Jr. Brother of Gwendolyn Miller (Elmo), Margaret Templet (the late Harold), and the late Rose Miguez (the late William) and Norman Landeche, Jr. (Sharon). Mr. Landeche was employed by J. W. Stone Oil in Marine Bunkers. A native of Donaldsonville, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA for the past 43 years. Relatives and Friends of the Family, also employees of J.W. Stone Interek, Jefferson Parish Sherriff’s Office and Rally’s are invited to attend the funeral mass in the chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Saturday, November 26, 2011 at 11 AM. Interment will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Visitation will be on Saturday from 8:30AM until 11AM.
