Gertrude Pennison Leet

Gertrude Pennison Leet entered into eternal rest on Monday, November 26, 2012 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Robert Norman Leet, Sr. Daughter of the late Irma Landry Pennison Stockfleth and John J. Pennison. Mother of Glenda Leet (Husband Luther), Terry Paul Leet and Robert N. Leet, Jr. (Wife Janie). Sister of the late John J. Pennison, Jr. and Evelyn Pennison Chauvin. Gertrude is survived by 14 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She was a member of VFW Auxiliary Post 6402 and Les Belle Domes Homemaker’s Club. She was born in Patterson, LA and resided in Port Sulphur, LA. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Saturday, December 1, 2012 from 1PM until 3:30PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 3:30PM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
