Gioacchino D'Amico

Gioacchino D’Amico peacefully entered into eternal rest on Monday, June 8, 2015 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of the late Rosalia Casale D’Amico. Son of the late Paolo D’Amico and Angelina Totaro D’Amico. Father of Paul D’Amico. Grandfather of Katherine and Kristina D’Amico. Brother of Antoino D’Amico and the late Carlo D’Amico, Joe D’Amico and Rosalia DiBetta. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Gioacchino was born in Alia, Sicily and was a resident of Harvey, LA. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Friday, June 12, 2015 from 9AM until 11AM. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 11AM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
