Gladys Babin Plaisance entered into eternal rest on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Norles L. Plaisance, Sr. Daughter of the late Albert and Edna Babin. Mother of Norles L. Plaisance, Jr. (Wife Irene), Ronald J. Plaisance, Sr. (Wife Mary) and Wayne M. Plaisance (Wife Marsha). Survived by 9 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. Preceded in death by 1 grandchild. Sister of Fr. Albert Babin CSSR, Lloyd Babin and the late Bernita Babin, Howard Babin, Paul Babin, Lucille Loar and Mildred Davis. Gladys was born in New Orleans, LA; resided in Gretna, LA for 69 years and Slidell, LA for 3 years. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Monday, March 12, 2012 from 10AM until 1PM.
