Glenda Charlene Kimball Wagner on Wednesday, June 12, 2013. Beloved wife of Thomas Wagner for 35 years. Loving mother of Andrew Wagner (Heather), Bobby Chapman (Brenda), Bobbi Savell, and the late Charles Wagner. Grandmother of Celeste, Charity, Catelyn, Robert and Anesa. Daughter of the late Vinnie Mae Foy and Dudley Kimball. Mrs. Wagner was a 1971 graduate of Belle Chasse High School. She was a board member of the Louisiana Avaculture Society, a well known parrot breeder and trainer and a former president and officer of the Garden Junk Club. Age, 60 years. A native of Wisner, LA and a resident of Terrytown, LA.
