Gloria Clement Wendling

Gloria Clement Wendling entered the Gates of Heaven on December 9, 2011 at the age of 86 years. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Milton Gahn Wendling, Sr.; parents, Christine W. and Albert S. Clement and her brother, Lovis John Clement. She is survived by her children, Milton Wendling, Jr., Steven Wendling (Nina Williams) and Donna W. Darling (Ric); her grandchildren, Heather D. Neil (Jody), Greg Darling (Laurie), Maggie Darling (Christopher Cambiotti), Christine Wendling, Daniel and Andrew Wendling; three beautiful great-grandchildren, Tayler, Miles and Henry. In addition to her family, she will be celebrated by her many extended family members, friends and Church family. All who knew her and wish to join in the celebration of her life are invited to the gathering at Algiers United Methodist Church, 637 Opelousas Street in Algiers on Saturday, December 17, 2011 from 11 AM to 12 Noon, followed by her Celebration of Life service. Interment will take place at Westlawn Memorial Park in Gretna. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Algiers United Methodist Church, 637 Opelousas St., Algiers, LA 70114.
