Guillermo Cabeza DeVaca, a retired Radio Officer with American Radio Association entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at the age of 89. Beloved husband of the late Vera Wilson DeVaca. Son of the late Luis C. DeVaca and Pacomia Chavez DeVaca. Loving father of Elva DeVaca. Grandfather of Heather Robinson. Mr.Guillermo is a brother to 9 siblings. He was born in Ecuador, South America and was a resident of Algiers, LA for the past 40 years. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Thursday, April 11, 2013 from 6PM until 8PM. A Memorial Service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 6:30PM with Rev. Lisa Gaye officiating. A private interment will be held at a later date.
