Harding J. “Boo” Richoux, on Friday, March 18, 2011 at the age of 86 years. Husband of Doris M. Richoux. Father of Ranell Richoux of Hammond, LA and Alan Richoux and father-in-law of Lynn Richoux. Son of the late Leon Richoux and Coralie Compeaux Richoux. Grandfather of Denise Rovetto of North Carolina, Cherell Lee (husband Kevin) of Loranger, LA and Dena Miller (husband Donnie) of Hanhville, LA. Great grandfather of Bailey Lee, Gage Michael Lee, Shelby Miller and Dylan Miller. Preceded in death by his siblings, Eunice Richoux, Nolia Plaisance, Sesla Lerille, Irene Falcon, Warren Richoux, Doris Richoux and Leon Richoux and daughter, Janice Rovetto and grandchildren, Amy and Randy Richoux. A native of Larose, LA and a resident of Westwego, LA for the past 85 years. He was a United States Navy veteran serving in World War II from 1943-1945 and a retired residential contractor for Plantation Homes and Wyman Homes. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at 10AM. Interment, Our Lady of Prompt Succor, Westwego, LA. Parlors will be open on Monday, March 21, 2011 from 6PM to 9PM and again on Tuesday from 8AM until 10AM.
