Harold "Silva" Sylve

Harold Felix "Silva" Sylve passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2016, at the age of 91 years. Beloved husband of the late Pauline Casabat Silva. Father of Harry Silva (Diane), Charlotte Aucoin, Leonard Silva, Kathy Vavra (the late Michael), Larry Silva (Wanda), Johnny Silva, and, Lori Silva. Brother of Angela Lobrano and Rosemary Wingerter. Grandfather of Ann Marie, Todd, Robyn, Joey, Renee, Michael, Regina, Donna, Lena, Benjamin, Shannon, Mickey, Sheree, Jessica, Joshua, and Logan. Also survived by many great grandchildren. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Belle Chasse, LA for the past 40 years. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expwy., Harvey, LA on Friday, August 26, 2016 at 11am. Visitation will be held on Friday morning from 9am until 11am. Interment, Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, Slidell, LA.
