Harriet Miller Zeiger passed away on Ash Wednesday, February 18, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Frank E. Zeiger for over 55 years. "Youngest of the first third of 9 children" of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Harvey Miller of Fostoria, Ohio. Mother of James Zeiger, Janet Zeiger (Jane Tiller), and the late Patricia Z. Adam. Grandmother of Cheryl Frederick (Richard) and Michelle Elliot. Great-grandmother of six and Great-great-grandmother of 2. Age 98 years, a lifelong resident of Ohio, and resident of Algiers, LA for the last 3 years. Mrs. Zeiger was a homemaker, and spent many years volunteering with hospitals. She adored her pets, the toy poodles, and all were lovingly named "Good Puppy." Her hobbies included hand making dolls, reading, listening to big band music, and interactively watching Jeopardy.
