Harry Thomas Feehan

Harry Thomas Feehan passed away peacefully on August 13, 2024 at the age of 84 years. Loving husband of Betty Burmaster Feehan for 59 years. Father of Sandra F. Capraro, Carol F. Hunter (Robert), and the late Nancy F. Vega (Kevin). Son of the late Kenric and Althea Conelio Feehan. Brother of Effie Daigle (Willie), Vivian Gautreaux (the late Van) and the late Kenny Feehan. Uncle to his nieces/nephews in the Feehan, Daigle and Cassard families. Grandfather to Allison Capraro, Geneva and Brandon Vega and Charlie, Timmy and Lexi Hunter. Son-in-law of the late Earl and Anna Burmaster, of whom he loved and considered them to be his special “parents”. Brother-in-law of Connie and Chuck Cassard. 

He was a computer draftsman for over 45 years at American-Cyanamid (Cytec) and Wink Engineering. A family man that believed in his faith and wore his Cross on his chest. Connoisseur of, “Ask your mother.” A character of his own with a ‘never quit’ attitude. He will always be loved and missed dearly by all who knew him. 

Family and friends are invited to gather at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 from 9 AM to 11 AM. A Memorial Mass will follow in the funeral home chapel. Interment McDonogh Cemetery in Gretna.
