Hazel Guidry Foltmer

Hazel Guidry Foltmer passed away on April 12, 2015 at the age of 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Harold J. Foltmer Sr. Mother of Nancy F. Scorsone (Gary), Harold J. Foltmer Jr., Michael Foltmer (Susan) and Deborah Foltmer (Chris). Sister of Patricia Berggren (Tommy) and the late Betty Haas and Horace Guidry Jr. Daughter of the late Cora McDonald Guidry and Horace L. Guidry Sr. Also survived by 10 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was a resident of Terrytown, LA for the past 46 years.
