Helen McGarry Bergeron, age 91, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, August 17, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Alvin W. “Bill” Bergeron, Sr. Mother of Diann B. Falgout (Guy) and the late Alvin W. “Bill” Bergeron, Jr., Ph.D. Grandmother of Bryan Falgout (Sheila), Deneen Convery (Leo) and Andrea Hirt (John). Great-grandmother of Julia and Adrienne Falgout and Miles Hirt. Sister of John McGarry, Jr. (the late Lois) and the late Theresa Folse (the late Ibra). Daughter of the late John A. McGarry, Sr. and Marie Crosby McGarry. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff of Notre Dame Hospice, especially Jonee, Michele and Demitra for their kindness and compassion. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOMES, L.L.C., 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Monday, August 22, 2011 from 12:30 PM to 1 PM. Memorial Services will follow. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park.
