Helen Glynn Coulonge

Helen Glynn Coulonge passed away on September 21, 2015 at the age of 71 years. Beloved wife of 45 years to Allen J. Coulonge Sr. Mother of Tina Coulonge Cuevas (Dennis) and Allen J. Coulonge Jr. (Moria). Grandmother of Caroline Cuevas Lombardo (Sean), Dennis Henry Cuevas (Ashley), Devon and Rachel Cuevas, Jenna Coulonge and Sydney Assavedo. Great-grandmother of Phoenix and Atticus Lombardo and Nash Cuevas. Sister of Evelyn Miller (the late Fred), the late Larry and Michael Glynn. Daughter of the late Gertrude Walker Glynn and Corbett Glynn. Also survived by many loving family members and friends.
Helen retired as a computer operator for Shell Oil Company. She was a member of Aurora United Methodist Church, Terrytown Lions Club and chaired the Board of Procurement for the Louisiana Lions Camp in Leesville, LA. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Services at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 1300 Vallette St., Algiers, LA on Friday, September 25, 2015 at 11 AM. Interment will follow at Cypress Grove Cemetery in New Orleans. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 5 PM to 9 PM, resuming on Friday from 8 AM to 11 AM.
