Henry Thomas Holt

Henry Thomas Holt peacefully entered into eternal rest on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at the age of 77. Husband of Patricia “Pat” Laigast Holt. Son of the late Henry G. Holt and Velma Diket Holt. Father of Scott Holt (Wife Bridget) and Gaylynn Mills (Husband Michael). Grandfather of Sheila, Scott, Shannon, Shawn, Christopher, and the late Michelle. Brother of Marilyn Hingle, Carolyn Daigle and Mary Jane Pettigrew. He is also survived by great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Henry is owner of Holt and Son Plumbing. He was a member of the Very Reverend TJ Larkin Assembly 4th Degree, Knights of Columbus Archbishop Blenk 1905, member of Algiers Sunshine Club and the Krewe of Choctaw. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 from 6PM until 9PM. A recitation of the Holy Rosary will be at 8PM. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Thursday, July 28, 2016 from 8AM until 11AM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 11AM. Interment will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Algiers, LA.
