Hubert E. Adams

Hubert E. Adams passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at the age of 86. Beloved husband of the late Anita Babin Adams for 41 years. Father of Denise Adams, and Lynne DeSalvo (David). Son of the late Annette and Edgar Adams. Brother of Rosemary Falgout, Roy Adams, Lester Adams, Pearl Foret, Dudley Adams and the late Enola Autin, Nora Schouest, and Clifton Adams. Grandfather of Albert Riley, Jr., Branden Morvant (Amy), Lauren Perrin (Morgan), and Derek Morvant (Heather). Step-grandfather of David DeSalvo, Jr., and Eric DeSalvo. Great Grandfather of Chase Ronquille, Alexander Riley, Logan Morvant, and Morgan Perrin, IV. Step- great grandfather of Elijah Brooks. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing, gardening, and was also a bee keeper. He was a native of Raceland, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 11am. Visitation will held on Saturday morning from 9am until 11am. Interment, Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
