Ida May Stollte Illg passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at the age of 78. Beloved wife of Joseph B. Illg, Jr. for the past 58 years. Loving mother of Joseph B. Illg, III (Barbara), David Illg, Sr. (Dina) and Walter Illg (Yamille). Daughter of the late Amelia Rohrbacker and Walter Frederick Stollte. Sister of the late Amelia Ann Curry and Alice S. Trinker. Grandmother of Jennifer Illg Patko, Daniel, Katie, David Jr. (Amber), Corey(Kathryn), Amanda (Ben), Evan and Kamryn Illg. Great grandmother of Andon and Anna Kate Patko, and Drake and Kennedy Illg . Also survived by her sister in law Adele “Sissy” Hertz (Jay). Ida enjoyed volunteering at her church, Tulane - Lakeside Hospital and anywhere she could volunteer. She also was an avid Saints fan! Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a funeral service at Grace Presbyterian Church, 6129 W. Esplanade, Ave., Metairie LA 70003 on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at 11AM.
