Inez Doris Cefalu

Inez Doris Cefalu passed away on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at the age of 99. Beloved wife of the late Anthony Cefalu Sr. Mother of Gailia A. Marino, Rita C. Boudreaux (Gerard), Camille M. Cefalu, and Anthony Cefalu Jr. (Nancy). Daughter of the late Florence Welch Mars and Chester Mars. Sister of the late Hazel Mars Hines. A native of New Orleans LA, and a resident of Terrytown, LA for 9 years. Survived by 6 Grandchildren and predeceased by 1 grandchild. Eleven Great Grandchildren, and 5 Great Great Grandchildren, with one more on the way. Also survived by nieces, nephews and beloved cousins. Doris was a member of Terrytown Golden Ages, past member of Socialite, AARP-Arabie, and the Neighborly Nine Club. A special thanks to Belle Vie Living Center and Passages Hospice for their loving care. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Michael Special School. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Visitation at Mothe Funeral Home 2100 Westbank Expressway in Harvey LA, for 10AM on December 2, 2014 followed by a Funeral Mass at the funeral home for 1PM.
