Inez Marie Pitre Fricano

Inez Marie Pitre Fricano entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Philip F. Fricano, Sr. Daughter of the late Raphael and Louise Bruce Pitre. Loving mother of Frank R. Fricano (Wife, the late Sharon), Philip F. Fricano, Jr. and Ann Fricano Woods (Husband Roy). Grandmother of Joshua and Jacob Bitoun, Frank, Anthony and Lauren Fricano. Great Grandmother of Ily Fricano, Alicia LaPoint, and the late Natalie LaPoint. Special aunt of Agnes Ann Michel. Sister of the late Joachim Pitre, Pierre Pitre, Alcide Pitre, Louis Pitre, Gus Plaisance, Marguerite P. Sapia, Emma P. Plaisance, Amelia P. Wetzel, Gracien Pitre, Grace Lorraine and Matilda Pitre. Also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a sincere appreciation and thank you to the Doctors and Staff of Dr. Ellent’s Office and to Nurses, Brittany and Kim with Home Health for the love and medical care given. She was born in Golden Meadow, LA and was a lifelong resident of the Westbank. Relatives and friends, also Faculty and Staff of Stella Worley Middle School, employees of Walmart in Harvey, members of the Krewe of King Arthur, and employees and Krewe’s associates of PFJ Float Company are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Friday, April 5, 2013 from 6PM until 11PM. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Saturday, April 6, 2013 from 8AM until 12:30PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at Visitation of Our Lady Catholic Church, Ames and Barataria Blvd., Marrero, LA on Saturday at 1PM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
