Isabelle Buras Ellis

Isabelle Buras ELLIS entered into heaven’s gates on Monday, March 10, 2014 at the age of 84. She was a life-long resident of Venice, LA. Isabelle is survived by her son-in-law Joseph A Clark Jr, her grandchildren: Michelle Frickey, Brandy Fitzgerald (Steve), Mandy Fitzgerald (John) & Joseph Clark (Kristen) & her brother Chauvin Buras. She was the loving great grandmother of Tony & Lauren Frickey, Duane Clark, Bret, Alli & Carson Fitzgerald, Parker & Carter Fitzgerald & Addyson Clark. She was preceded in death by her husband James Ellis, daughter Joyce Clark, granddaughter Christie Barrois, parents Chauvin & Zelonie Buras & sister Ione Ratcliff. Isabelle is also survived by many family & friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expressway in Harvey on Friday, March 14 at 11 AM. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Good Harbor in Buras, LA. Visitation will be on Thursday, March 13 from 6 PM until Midnight and Friday from 8 AM until 11 AM.
