Isabelle Redmond Calamusa Weinmunson passed away on Friday, July 1, 2011 at the age of 71. Beloved wife of the late Joseph “Lucky” Calamusa by first marriage and the late John Weimunson by second marriage. Daughter of the late Dorothy Harris Redmond and William Andrew Redmond. Mother of cindy C. Henson (Husband David Sr.) and Donna L. Kight (Husband Darrell). Grandmother of Kirk Tassin, Jr., David Henson,Jr., Clara Troxler, Collin Troxler, Dylan Kight and Dalton Kight. Great Grandmother of Kirk Tassin III, Kadence Tassin, Lillian Tolbert, twins Leeona Morgan and Layla Morgan and Jameson Kight. Sister of Joann Redmond and the late Dorothy Smith and Audrey Oubre. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Isabelle was a lifelong resident of the Westbank. She was a beautician, seamstress, dance instructor, head chef, custodian and most of all she was a loving, caring and giving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. The family would like to thank Carol Levatino with Concerned Care Hospice and Dr. Donald Kuebel for their love and support given during Isabelle’s illness. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 1300 Vallette Street, Algiers, LA on Tuesday, July 5, 2011 from 6PM until 9PM. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Wednesday from 8AM until 11AM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the funeral home on Wednesday at 11AM.
