Jacob Daniel Lefort passed away on Monday, August 22, 2016 at the age of 23 years. Beloved son of Jody Lefort and Katina Willis. Brother of Brandon and Kaylee Lefort. Grandson of Milton and Geraldine Lefort, Bonnie Mansfield and the late John Mansfield. Fiance of Rebecca Long. Also survived by aunts and uncles. He was a native of Westwego, LA and a resident of Waggaman, LA for the past 2 years. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Monday, August 29, 2016 at 11am. Interment, Gate of Heaven Mausoleum, Westwego, LA. Visitation will be held Sunday, August 28, 2016 from 5pm until 11pm and again on Monday morning from 8am until 11am.
