James R. Knight

James R. Knight entered into eternal rest September 25, 2013. Beloved husband of the late Betty Ann Laws Knight. Father of Joyce Kennedy (Richard), Jeannie Bailie (David), Mary Link (Dan), Jimmy Knight (Terri), Paula Brown (Larry), and the late Linda Knight. Son of the late Burl and Ollie Brown Knight. Predeceased by eight siblings. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Grandfather of eleven grand children and thirteen great-grandchildren. Former owner of Knights Equipment in New Orleans, La. and member of the 700 Club. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend a memorial service at Harvestime Fellowship Church on 3401 8th Street, Harvey, La. on Monday, September 30, 2013 at 10 AM. Visitation will be from 9:30 AM until service time. Interment will be private.
