James Leslie Logan

James Leslie Logan, 63, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 23rd, 2016, surrounded by family and friends. James was a native of Lenoir City, TN but had adopted New Orleans, particularly Jesuit Bend, LA as his home. James was a home improvement contractor who loved his clients as much as his work and made many cherished friends along the way. James is predeceased by his parents, Abbie Hull Logan and Joe V. Logan. He is survived by his loving wife of 33 yrs., Mary "Cathy" LeBlanc Logan, son, Jason LeBlanc (Aynsley), brother, Chester Logan (Janet), granddaughter, Kaylen McAcy, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins, family and friends.
Visitation will be at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Saturday, Oct. 1st, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with a brief service to follow. Interment will be private. Family and friends are invited, in lieu of flowers, to donate to their charity of choice. The family would like to express their appreciation to their wonderful friends/neighbors in Jesuit Bend Estates for their constant support, as well as the entire staff of Heart of Hospice.
