Janet Vicknair Deocampo, age 72 peacefully entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, July 28, 2015. Beloved wife of Johnny J. Deocampo, Sr. Daughter of the late Zephyrain Alphone Vicknair, Sr. and Dora Ann Tabbor Vicknair. Mother of Johnny J. Deocampo and Florilla Deocampo. Grandmother of Ashley and Michail Syabong. Sister of Doris Guillot, Wallace Vicknair, Nelson Vicknair, Dora Newsome, Zephyrain Vicknair, Jr. and the late Roaul Vicknair, Lillian Hebert, Noelie Michel, Annabelle Gaubert, Earline Larouse and Melvin Vicknair. Janet is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was born in Edgard, LA and was residing in Harvey, LA. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Friday, July 31, 2015 from 6PM until 9PM. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Saturday, August 1, 2015 from 8AM until 11AM. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at 11AM. Interment will be privately held at a later date.
