Jean E. Benoit

Jean Benoit entered into eternal rest on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at the age of 79. She worked for the DOT for the State of Louisiana for over 25 years and was a dedicated Bridge Tender of the Harvey Bridge. She was a mother, loving grandmother and great grandmother. She was well known to everyone as “NANA”. Nana is survived by her children, Connie, John, Steve, Patty, Eddie and David, her grandchildren Byron “BJ” Gisclair, Jr. and Brandy Gisclair; her great grandchildren, Taden, Tyler and Jayden Gisclair as well as other out of state grandchildren and great grandchildren.
