Jerald "Jerry" Fruge

Jerald “Jerry” Frugé passed away on Monday, September 25, 2023 at the age of 61. Beloved husband of Lucy Starkey Frugé for 37 years, father of Matthew Frugé (Elisia), son of Edward Frugé and the late Marie “Vickye” Frugé, brother of James Frugé (Orelea), Roxanna Starkey (Timothy) and the late Randall Frugé. Also survived by many loving family members and friends. Jerry was a kind, gentle, and loving man with a heart of gold. He was a loving and devoted husband and father who was also known as the hardest working person who would put everyone’s needs before his own. He was very energetic, loved helping people, and would do anything for anyone. Jerry was an employee of NOV Tuboscope and would have celebrated 40 years of dedicated service this December. He was a native of Gretna, LA and a resident of Terrytown, LA. Relatives, friends, and coworkers are invited to attend Visitation at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expwy., Harvey, LA on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 from 9am until 11am.
