Jimmie Louis Fabre passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at the age of 94 years. Beloved husband of Corinne Degruise Fabre for 67 years. Father of Belinda Fabre-Lipovsky. Father in law of Frank Lipovsky. Son of the late Frank and Alida Fabre. Brother of the late Joseph, Percy, Louise, Marie, Alva, Genevieve, Willie, Pearl, Allan, Helen, Randolph, and half sister, Judy. Special thank you to Paul Gambino and the staff of Notre Dame Hospice and the staff of Visiting Angels. He was a U.S. Army World War II Veteran, a native of Raceland, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA for the past 69 years. Relatives and friends of the family, also former and current employees of Louisiana Gas Services and employees of West Jefferson Medical Center are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 4401 7th Street, Marrero, LA on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at 11am.
