Jo Ann Shields Glancey

Jo Ann Shields Glancey passed away on April 1, 2016 at the age of 63 years. Beloved wife of James E. Glancey III. Mother of Danielle Glancey Guffee, Tara Marie Glancey and James E. Glancey IV. Grandmother of Shane, Emily and Noah. Sister of Hope Noto, Dawn Tripp (Eddie), Sean Shields and Kelly Shields. Daughter of John Shields and the late Gloria Locantro Shields Savoy. Step-daughter of Kathleen Shields. Survived by her dear friend of 49 years, Chris Picone. Beloved aunt of Amy and Eddie along with many other nieces, nephews.
She retired as a bookkeeper for K-Mart, Corp. She loved being with her family and friends and will be sadly missed.
Graveside services will be held at Hope Mausoleum, 4841 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119 on Friday, April 15, 2016 for 10:30 AM.
