Joan Wagner Foret on Friday, June 28, 2013 at the age of 75 years. Beloved wife of Eugene L. Foret. Loving mother of Elizabeth J. Foret (husband Ricky Weaver) and Carl D. Foret (wife Nita Foret). Sister of Trudy M. Wagner, Frank J. Wagner and the late Elliot D. Wagner, Jr. Survived by four grandchildren, Angela, Jennifer, Laura and Bryce and one great-granddaughter, Ariel. Daughter of the late Pearl Morest and Elliot D. Wagner, Sr.
