John Clifton Fazende, Jr., age 66 of Harvey, LA entered into eternal rest on Friday, February 28, 2014. Beloved husband of Gwendolyn Spera Fazende for 43 years. Father of John David Fazende and Jon Marie Fazende Champagne (Mark). Grandfather of Kara Fazende Adams (Patrick), Blake Leigh Champagne, Blair David Champagne and Christen Marie Fazende. Great Grandfather of Charli Rose Adams and Kennedi Paige Adams. Son of the late Martha F. Simons Fazende and John Clifton Fazende, Sr. Brother of the late Thomas “TC” Fazende, the late Eunice J. Fazende and the late Madie Fazende Saia. John is also survived by 10 nieces, nephews and 16 great nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Thursday, March 6, 2014 from 10AM until 1PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 1PM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
